6 GENERATIONS DATING FROM 1839 AND CONTINUE CREATING QUALITY AND FLAVOR

Almazara El Tendre is a centenary company whose origins go back to 20th April of 1839, when Mr. Joaquín Sempere García inherits the mill from his father-in-law, Gaspar Ferrández.

During six generations has kept the family structure, transmitting their descendants the purest traditional art of the olive oil process.

TRADITIONAL ELABORATION

Despite the modernization on industrial evolution, El Tendre has remained  loyal to the spirit of traditional production. 

Until 1990 the mill continued using presses to grind the olives, and the olive oil was bottled by hand.
